I have been working with Rachel for several months. I started my own bookkeeping business with many years of QBs experience but once I started getting clients I realized how many different and unknown problems occur with each client being different. I tried many different things to get clear, concise answers such as YouTube and man, I was blessed to have found Rachel. She is so very knowledgeable, and patient, and kind. Rachel has been such a great help to me! Rachel is the best. She was patient and kind while assisting me with my need to refund a customer through Quikbooks. Our complications are using multiple systems that touch money and knowing where things live and where money needs to come from. She guided me through every step and helped me make sure I wasn't messing up our accounting due to my lack of knowledge on refunds.
