What services are included?

Before work begins, we’ll have a conversation about the services you need and how we can help meet that need. We provide a variety of services such as recording income and expenses, reconciling bank and loan accounts, general financial reports and local tax filing.

Can you help me hide find tax loopholes for my business?

I do not offer tax planning. If you are concerned that you might not be paying the right taxes, I encourage you to hire a tax professional.

What industries do you work with?

My specialties are: software developers and business consultants. While I do work with folks in other industries, it’s important that businesses with an E-Commerce presence work with someone who specializes in that industry. I can happily provide you referrals.

Do you know when my business has to collect sales tax for each state and how to keep track of that in Quickbooks?

How do you prefer to communicate? Will we have regularly scheduled meetings?

I prefer to communicate via email but if you need/want to meet, we can certainly meet via Zoom. This can be set up by scheduling an appointment on my website or by establishing a meeting schedule ahead of time.

What happens if you find an error in my past accounting?

Before we begin regular bookkeeping services, I will conduct a review of your QB file and we’ll discuss any previous errors.

Can you make suggestions on how I can better use my money?

I love bookkeeping but that’s different from providing financial advice or planning advice. If you need advisory services, lets talk about the advice you need and I can recommend a professional that loves offering that service.
